Big Book Sale 2022
Yes, I'm excited along with many friends and family who will attend the sale (which has not happened in the last two years) some time May 6 - 16. Do you love books? How long have you been reading? I don't remember a time when I didn't have a book on-the-g0. They were my companion while I sat in the backseat of a not-airconditioned car on many a road-trip from Montreal to the Maritimes. I also remember hoisting a bookbag for my finds when I went in alone to the local library and stuffed it as much as I could as a nine year old. Oh the joy of books! from the Calgary Reads site Calgary Reads will be holding this sale, which took my breath away the first time I attended. Books on tables, books in boxes under tables, and filled with people who told you about their favourite author, and 'have you read this one?'
